Background

Simple Revolution is an international brand and communications consultancy helping organisations share their ideas with clarity and impact. Built on the belief that better communication leads to better business, Simple Revolution works with clients worldwide to define brand strategy, shape key messages, and create compelling narratives that engage audiences and inspire action.

Simple Revolution is a brilliant business built on passion, strong personal relationships, and an impeccable reputation. By May 2025, the three founders knew they were ready for their next phase of growth and needed strategic marketing support to help them get there.

What we did

We audited their existing marketing activity and understood how it supported brand visibility, lead generation, and the overall client experience. From there, the goal was to create a clear, realistic marketing strategy that reflected the size of the team, the tools available, and the budget without losing ambition. Operating across international markets, the strategy also needed to consider localisation and different buying journeys, from SMEs through to enterprise organisations.

The outcome was a clear, actionable marketing strategy for the remainder of 2025, delivered within six weeks. Alongside the strategy work, we also supported the launch of a new product — The New Reporting Playbook.

Once the strategy was signed off, we moved into delivery. This included:

  • Workshopping and documenting ideal customer personas across service areas.

  • Activating email marketing with a centralised contacts database.

  • LinkedIn coaching to support business development and visibility.

  • Kicking off a new website project to better reflect the maturity and premium nature of the brand.

  • Developing a content marketing approach focused on case stories and thought leadership.

Impact

Even in a short space of time, the impact has been noticeable. It's included:

  • Increased confidence across the team around the importance of visibility and how LinkedIn can be used to generate business.

  • A centralised email marketing database that led to a request for work from one of the Big Four consultancies from the very first campaign.

  • Strong internal momentum around the new website, which will act as a key tool for driving new business conversations and repeat work. The early designs already reflect the elegance, maturity, and premium positioning of the brand (the new website is due to launch in February 2026 — watch this space.)

We’ll continue our partnership into 2026, focusing on increasing brand visibility and generating new business aligned with Simple Revolution’s ideal customer profiles.
