How training works
Training sessions are designed around how teams actually work - busy schedules, mixed levels of confidence and competing priorities.

Sessions are collaborative and discussion-led, with space to ask questions, test ideas and connect learning directly to real situations. The aim isn’t to overload people with information, but to give them clarity and confidence they can carry forward.
Alongside these core sessions, I also design bespoke training to fit specific team needs, experience levels and organisational context.
